By car people, for Car People.

Growing up, cars weren't just something we owned. They were something we lived around. My dad always had something in the driveway he was working on, something he was about to buy, or something he was thinking about selling. That energy just got into me. I started collecting, and every car I found had a different story and a different personality. A cruise night car is a different animal than a dinner car, which is a different animal than a track car. I never wanted just one kind. I wanted all of it.

"I want every customer to come in here and feel comfortable, that they're not intimidated."

Guiry’s Wallpaper, early 20th century

My family's name has been tied to Denver since 1899, and retail has always been the backbone of what we do. What that taught me, more than anything, is that the transaction is never really the point. The relationship is. When I started Guiry's Coachhouse, we were running out of an 8,000 square foot steel building under a different name. We've grown to 24,000 square feet and rebranded around the Guiry name because that name means something here. Four generations of showing up for people. That doesn't change just because the product does.

Car storage sounds simple until you realize how personal it actually is. People aren't just parking a vehicle. They're trusting you with something they care about deeply. My job is to figure out what you need, whether we're the right fit, and then deliver on that. I want you walking out of here feeling like your car is in better hands than your own garage. And then I want you coming back to actually drive it, not just check on it. That's the whole point.

A few from Patrick's Collection...

2005 Ford GT40

This GT40 is the last one that was built in 2005. I never thought I'd be able to own a car like this, especially in a limited color. I'd find one, then it'd be sold before I could even make the call to find out more aobut it. The owner of a dealership in Laramie is a close personal friend, and he got word about one available from the Ford representative, asking if he'd like it for the dealership. He called me and said "if I get this, do you want it?" and of course I said yes. This one rarely sees the road, I've only put 840 miles on it since I bought it, and 400 of those were driving it to Wheatland and back for a show.

2023 Bentley GTC Continental

I was always a truck guy growing up, never really a collector car person. When I decided I wanted something with some performance behind it, I still wanted space and comfort, not just speed. I looked at Cadillacs, Aston Martins, and Acuras before I landed on this Bentley, which I custom ordered and waited almost five months to receive. When it finally came in, the dealership loved the color combination so much they offered to buy me out of it just to keep it on the showroom floor. I drive it regularly, and it never gets old.

"Fender Less" 1934 Ford Coupe

"Fender Less" is a 1932 Ford Three-Window Coupe built by a dream team including legendary designer Chip Foose, bodyman Bobby Walden, and fabricator Austin Speed Shop, with a 1967 Corvette 327 V-8 under the hood. Every detail was intentional, from the aged distressed finish meant to read like a 1960s survivor build, to an interior themed entirely around vintage Fender guitars. The car landed on the cover of Street Rodder magazine in August 2012 and is now part of the Patrick Guiry Collection in Denver.

“

Patrick and his team at South Denver Car Storage are second to none! I have been storying my vehicle with him for almost 5 years and it has been nothing short of an amazing experience. It only got better here over the last few weeks. I recently purchased two vehicles for my daughters and wanted to do something special to deliver them to each of them. I called Patrick with very short notice and asked if it was something he could help me with. Without hesitation the answer was yes! Only later did I find out he was out of the state on vacation. He not only had his team execute, but made sure he was back in time to be part of it and ensure all went smoothly. I can’t speak highly enough of Patrick and his team. Don’t think I will ever look to store my vehicles anywhere else than with Pat!
